1. Quit smoking as soon as you can.

Women who have been smoking during pregnancy are also found out to actually increase their risk of premature delivery.

2. Get enough sleep.

While you’re asleep, your eyes take time to lubricate itself and steer clear of the irritants such as smoke, dust, and allergens.

3. Wear protective sunglasses or eyewear.

Your skin is not the only part of your body which needs sun protection. Your eyes are also highly sensitive from UV rays so wear your sunnies as often as possible when you’re outdoors.
